Back still injured. In pain. Having trouble doing any type of training with the exception of the crosstrainer (thank god for the corsstrainer!). Even though it sucks not to be on the water, I´ve been through worse. I keep my motivation and will keep on working on the crosstrainer, as long as it takes. Here´s a video which helped me to keep my chin up, especially through the tough time with my heart problems.
It´s easy to train and stay motivated when everything goes your way. It´s how you handle setbacks that really defines you as an athlete.
