Injured back. Not the best place to be injured for a rower. This means no rowing for the time being and unfortunately also no Amsterdam this weekend.

Thankfully, I can still train on the crosstrainer. Even if it feels weird not training on water in the middle of the season, training on the crosstrainer is definately better than not being able to train at all. Now I can keep my form intact and still avoid putting more strain on my back.
